There has been so much going on behind the scenes and I don’t know if you’ve noticed, but I have been bursting with excitement to share this all with you. It’s been a long time coming and it brings me so much joy to reveal to you that my little online space has had a big ol’ makeover (can ya tell??). After four years of blogging and sharing my heart and knowledge with people all around the world, we’ve cranked the dial right on up, with more to see, more to read, even more surprises on the way, more exciting tours in the works and this divine online space to rock this wellness revolution.

I can’t begin to tell you how truly grateful I am for each and every one of you! Your thirst for knowledge, your willingness to learn, grow and create change in your own lives.. You ARE the wellness revolution, and you know what. I want to say thank you! Big time!
