And to add to the excitement, we’re launching in Sydney TOMORROW and we’d love to see you there!

Tomorrow morning (11th July) tune in your telly to The Morning Show to see us (the Paleo Princesses) talk the skinny on fats! And then in the afternoon – we invite you to our book signing at Kinokuniya in the Sydney CBD. If you’re about – come along and say hi. We’ll be signing books from 12:30-1:30pm and then back to the studio to join in the fun on Channel Sevens, The Daily Edition.

    Hi there, I was just re-reading your new e-book and wondered if you could clarify a couple of things…( sorry if I’m reading it totally wrong!!) p 46 it mentions Nora G who recommends 0.08g of protein per kg of body weight..so if i’m 60kg’s this equates to 4.8g of protein which I assume is incorrect…do you mean 48g perhaps?? so should it be 0.8 instead, or i might be totally reading that wrong..

    Also, with the nut and see list on p 20 it says that you list below which ones are the best and which ones should be consumed less…I can only see one list so do I assume the ones at the top are the best and the ones at the bottom of the list not so good?? Or was that list for the ones that are all okay??

    any info would be wonderful x
