The green smoothie I dream about

Can’t. Get. Enough. Seriously – so good! But if you recall my post on wednesday I shared how cold foods can be disastrous for some of us. If that’s you – you might like this instead!

Nat’s Green Smoothie

Water from 1 coconut or 250ml coconut water from a bottle – I LOVE beyond coconut water.
1/4 frozen banana
1/2 an avocado
1 handful of spinach or kale
If you like extra sweetness, a couple of dates.

Blend and go to heaven whilst you drink!

    Hi Nat,

    This smoothie sounds awesome!

    Could I sub coconut milk and 1 Tbsp raw honey for the coconut water and dates?

    Yum! This recipe inspired my Greeny-licious smoothie this morning. I used (homemade) Almond milk instead of Coconut water & 1 Tbsp coconut oil for the coconutty flavour. Delish. Thank you! 🙂

    Love this green smoothie idea! So simple, but it looks delicious.

    I usually add some pineapple or blueberries if I need it to be sweeter.
