The Best and Worst of 2016

Reflecting on the year, I thought it would be fun to look back and pick out the best and worst of 2016.  I’m not going to lie or sugar coat it, it’s been one HELL of a year and not in a high five, ‘that was a hell of a year’ kinda of way but more like a daily hands held up in the air mouthing to the sky ‘you’ve got to be damn kidding me,’ kinda way.  I say good riddance to bad rubbish.  2016 I’m glad to see the back of you and I really actually do hope that the door hits your sorry butt on the way out.  Slam that door shut, I’m ready for the next chapter.

As challenging as it has been, I’m grateful for the experience to grow and for the constant reminders and reality check, my beautiful family and I have our health and we are all happy and hand on heart – that’s really all that matters.  We have love and that gets us through.  Without the downs you can’t have the ups and without the sideways you can’t grow.  So I’m here, I’ve grown (again) and I’m armed with a sharper mind, a few more grey hairs and hopefully some extra wisdom thrown in the mix.  Enough of the pity party, let’s look at this year in a flash.

Most read post: This has taken the title 3 years running!  My Ovulation Tutorial.  Still the most commented on post and most read post to date.  In second place, “You’ve Stopped The Pill and Now Your Losing Your Hair” because well… it happens to so many women.  I get you.

Viral post:  My boobies post went viral – that was fun.

Meltdown: That happened at Gwinganna…

We all loved: Am I bloated or just fat? as well as being introduced to the Daysy – your solution to preventing pregnancy sans the synthetic hormones!

We launched a Membership, A Radio Show, Announced a 2017 Tour and cancelled our major Event – Debunking Contraception (don’t worry it’s still coming).  2017 had all the goods.  My gosh we also launched our own product – Yo’Nuts!

Ok so looking back, whilst behind the scenes there was way too much drama, crappy situations and events that I wouldn’t wish upon my dog’s intestinal parasites (that’s if I had a dog), I’m actually really humbled in reflecting.  Despite 2016’s craziness, it seems I’ve got a lot to celebrate.  And the beauty of life means there is so much more to come – I’m SUPER pumped for next year.  I want to take the opportunity to thank you from the bottom of my heart for your support this year, without you I couldn’t do what I do (there’d be nobody listening, so that’s a good thing that you’re here – you help make me, me!).  Thanks for clicking like, sharing and inviting your people to join us.  I so strongly know that creating a hub where women can solve their issues and get stuff done is my purpose on this planet.  I’m so grateful to be able to provide this for you (and hopefully more).  Let’s make more of this magic together in 2017 shall we?  I’ll be sure to see you on the other side!  Sending all my love as this new year begins.

Now before I go, if you need a gentle push back to better health after all those Christmas puddings and too many glasses of Rose, I’m here to say our 5 day recharge challenge is BAAACK!  It’s free, so much more fun when it’s done with a friend and you can also join the online community of cleansers to help get you across the finish line.  To learn more or to sign up to the free challenge, head here.  I’ll see you there!

Happy New Year Sista.

Wow, what a year! Time to sit back with some champers and put your feet up I say!
Wishing you all the very best for 2017.
