Cleansing is a great way to reset the gut and move toward a clean slate to start afresh.

Over 200 people participated in my last cleanse which told me two things. One, people are keen as mustard to cleanse and two, all people need is a little support and direction. Well – I’ve got that covered! And with the New Year here, now is the perfect time to set new goals and work toward a healthier you.

And I’ve set the date – Monday 21st Jan which gives you just under three weeks to get your head around it AND be finished in time for Australia Day weekend.

My 5 day cleanse is super simple and it’s open for all to join. All you need to do is register your interest by emailing – with the subject heading “I want to cleanse.” Once your interest is received, you can then expect an email with all the extra information you need and what to do next.
