Happy (HOT!) Friday to you!
If you’re in Melbourne (or anywhere in Australia’s East it would seem) you’ll know it’s super hot and muggy. Why not try my refreshing, and healthy, choc smoothie this weekend. The kids will love it too!
Raw choc smoothie
1/2 an avocado
1/2 a frozen banana
1 teaspoon cacao powder
1 cup milk (of your choice
Blend everything together. Pour into a glass, and serve! Voila!
* Feel free to add/swap – berries, chia seeds, coconut water… the sky is the limit here!
