Wowzers! Check this beauty out. We promised you a recipe from Tara who shared with us earlier in the week about her weight loss philosophy and how she can best guide you to loosing the kilos or just get totally healthy. Whatever way you look at it – I want a bit of this!
Here’s her recipe…
1.5 cups water-cooked steel cut oats (about 1/4 cups dry oats + 1 1/4 cups water)
2 tsp chia seeds
a dash of cinnamon
1 tsp flax seeds
raw chopped walnuts
1/2 cup wild blueberries/goji berries
1/4 cup almond milk
Cook the oats, add in all other ingredients and allow to simmer. Enjoy.
*for a gluten free option you could use quinoa or as a substitute for oats
