Good Food Friday – Berry Breaky Bowl

I love this picture.  It’s one of my cleansers own beautiful image of her breaky bowl – colourful, delicious and cleanse worthy.  This was a featured recipe from the last Gentle Body Cleanse menu. But for now, this delight is being served up just in time for the weekend!  Here’s the recipe for you to join in on the act.

Berry Breaky Bowl

(serves 1)

1 handful of berries (blueberries give great colour!)

1/2 tsp honey

1/2 avocado


1 banana, cut up

2 – 3 strawberries

1 tsp chia seeds

1 handful of nuts of your choice


Blend the first 3 ingredients until thick and smooth.  Top with your desired toppings.  Enjoy!

    I am an American man, and I have decided to boycott American women. In a nutshell, American women are the most likely to cheat on you, to divorce you, to get fat, to steal half of your money in the divorce courts, don’t know how to cook or clean, don’t want to have children, etc. Therefore, what intelligent man would want to get involved with American women?

    American women are generally immature, selfish, extremely arrogant and self-centered, mentally unstable, irresponsible, and highly unchaste. The behavior of most American women is utterly disgusting, to say the least.

    This blog is my attempt to explain why I feel American women are inferior to foreign women (non-American women), and why American men should boycott American women, and date/marry only foreign (non-American) women.

        Lol! Yes Sophie, I agree! That recipe is BOSS! I don’t know so much about the American women comment though. I thought Dr. Nat was Australian? Then again what do I know, I’m only an American Women, right. Hahahaha

    I love the look of this recipe – it contains 3 of my favourite foods – avo, banana and nuts. It just so happens that I appear to have developed an intolerance to all 3 🙁 They give me an unbearable tummy ache. Natalie, any idea why this could be the case from a TCM point of view?
