Perhaps that&#8217;s because we have had it drummed into us that sugar isn&#8217;t &#8216;fattening&#8217; because technically it doesn&#8217;t contain fat. But guess what? It is converted to fat, which puts it on the bottom of the list [&#8230;]</p>
