Hi Nat – what do you recommend for hair styling products? I agree with you on the Grown Shampoo & Conditioner, but its the finishing products that I am finding it hard to determine what is good, etc.

I’m also moving to a more natural skin care regime, reducing the number of products I’m using and cutting the costs, because I’m unable to afford expensive brands like Weleda.

I do not use deodorant anymore since a few weeks. I noticed that it’s unnecessary when eating an healthy diet. I might use it in summer, but I’m not yet certain.

Conditioner is unnecessary, again improving my diet has also improved my hair. I use a soft hair brush, which works very well with fizzy hair.

I began to make my own soap. It’s really easy and it works very well. At the moment I’m using it only for hands, later I will use it also for showering. I’m also planning to make my own solid shampoo.

Home made scrub work wonders on my face and hands and they are very easy to make as well.

I rarely use make up, so it’s not worth to look for a more natural alternative, conventional products a couple of times per year are fine.

Hi Nat, This article is just at the right time for me, I am trying to gradually move towards an all natural skin regime. A Naturopath I see in Brisbane recommended the Sukin range and Ive just bought a mask of theirs to try it out. Have you had any experience with this range?
