Dr’s pushed me off for weeks until I was stuck in bed in the fetal position due to pain. I went to the ER and there they did a hysterectomy-it was the only way to get the coils out. I am 35 now trying to live & deal with menopause that Essure has put me into & Dr’s failed to stop procedure when there were complications.

I am a victim of Essure. It made my life a living hell for 5 years. I had to have a hysterectomy to remove them. The fact that Bayer has not voluntarily removed this dangerous device from the market is totally f**ked up. A pharmaceutical company’s purpose is meant to be the improvement of people’s lives but the sickening fact is that people’s health and well being is not a consideration. Too bad if their product is causing debilitating symptoms, having devastating consequences in women’s lives, responsible for the death of young, healthy women and unborn children. They have made a deliberate decision to continue to ruin people’s lives because there is profit to be made
