Hi Nat, first of all THANK YOU for all you do, you're a star... but could you please clarify the following passage? Probably something missing, or is it me?!?! :

"This equally doubles are your natural contraception (couple it with withdrawal and you’re about 96% covered!) – if you know exactly when your body is fertile, avoiding unprotected sex is key."

Thank you, all the best, Susanna XO

Hi Nat, thanks for sharing such valuable information - can I ask what you would consider a short cycle I'm about 23 days would this be too short to fall pregnant? Should I be looking at talking to someone about this? Thanks I'm just about to start trying and want to be as prepared as possible!

Hi Nat, firstly a massive thank you to you for being so generous with all this info, it has helped me immesurably and has inspired me to keeping going :)

I have been reading up on anovulatory cycles and I'm glad to hear you say this is physically impossible! It seems though a lot of doctors say this is something that happens normally over the course of a woman's lifetime, as well as specifically to those with PCOS etc.

Could you tell us more about this? Is it truly not possible to have a period without having ovulated? Is it just that doctors are often misinformed and looking at it too narrowly (i.e. testing for ovulation early when it may be happening later)? Thank you!!
