Over 500 awesome cleansers jumped on board to give their body an overhaul (in just 5 days?  Who knew!?) and the weeks that have followed and your stories of your Gentle Body Cleanse love affair have had me thinking BIG about how we can allow this baby to grow.  Oh but you need not worry, we’ve got some exciting things for this Gentle Body Cleanse in the new year (I can hear you shimmy).  For now, I promise, I am listening and you are chomping at the bit to go again.  So round 2 – lets do this!  It’s time to get your Gentle Body Cleansing action on people!  If you’re new to the site or you’ve perhaps hibernated far longer than the winter months, my Gentle Body Cleanse is hands down the best way to get your body feeling fabulous.

Chia just got REAL.

I’ve fallen back in love with Chia pudding – actually it was after a recent event for the Eat Fat Be Thin/Lean duo that my love affair was re-ignited!  Chia is so good for happy hormones, full of Omega fats that help to balance out your hormones because let us never forget, our hormones are made up of exactly these things, alongside proteins.  Eating enough fat and protein is one sure way you can move toward a more balanced you.

Let me get straight into it because I’m fairly certain you’re going to need to make this recipe stat.


Chia Pudding my style

Serves 1

1 generous teaspoon of coconut nectar (I like coconut magic)

3 tbs of chia seeds

1/3 cup of milk of your choice (I like cashew)

1 tsp of peanut butter

1 tsp of cacao


Combine ingredients and top with either coyo, coconut ice cream or nuts, seeds and cacao nibs – you can really put whatever you so wish!

Friday!  The final day of my Gentle Body Cleanse.  I cannot tell you how much I have loved every second of this last week! Not only because I too have been cleansing and given my body some much needed TLC but I have been riding your wave of enthusiasm and cleansing love.  It has put the biggest smile on my face seeing your delicious foodie pictures that you have been sharing across social media. You guys are so totally awesome.

SO today this post is for you. I want others to feel inspired by your hard work and dedication to make positive changes and look after their beautiful selves.
