    I saw you on Sunrise today, and as I listened to you, I heard what you had to say, nutrition is fulfilment! I turn 60 at Christmas and my Dr is a nag, ” you need to lose weight!” Newly diag. diabetes typ2. etc. I would love to transform my years of weight problems. Your new book sounds like it has the answer, I am eager to read it.
