My first ebook is here! ‘Fertilise Yourself’ is available now!

Happy Wednesday! The day my brand new (first!) ebook is available to YOU! I’m excited!

Fertilise Yourself is all about priming your body for fertility, with plenty of tips and tricks for a wellness overhaul, and the ‘how to’ steps to set yourself up to win. If you’re struggling with your fertility, or even just your general health, I know this ebook can help you navigate your way to being fueled and fighting fertility fit!

Here’s a few things about the ebook:

  • it’s a fertility how-to ebook
  • it features a breakdown of what foods make you fertile and why
  • it includes over 25 recipes to help you build your fertile body
  • it helps you create a fertility-friendly pantry, and keep it that way!
  • it includes a fertile shopping list – for you to print and keep
  • foreword by Sarah Wilson

The ebook also includes general health and wellness tips like this:
“Eat foods that are room temperature or warmer especially during winter. This is very important to support healthy gut function and promote great health from top to bottom. Cold foods will lead to phlegm production and may cause disturbances to your health. This is especially essential for women who experience period pain – warm foods keep the blood pumping.”

AND it’s not just all for the girls! You can let the guys know: one of the most important aspects of treatment for abnormal and sluggish sperm is lots of regular intercourse. (thank me later guys…)

Fertilise Yourself launched officially yesterday at The Pagoda Tree, with home-made treats from some of the recipes included in the ebook, and lots of laughter and fun! I was excited!!

Nat, I’ve been following your blog for a while now and am delighted that you have released this. As a pre-natal yoga teacher I understand how rife infertility actually is. It seems that the medical profession are jumping to IVF a lot sooner these days and even for women in their twenties! I’m a firm believer in naturopathy, yoga and relaxation techniques to aid conception. I have had 10 students who, after years of IVF, visited my naturopath and fell pregnant soon after.

My MIL, owner of the yoga studio where I teach, and I are currently organising yoga for fertility workshops…..do you mind if we pass on your details? Hopefully chat to you soon, Jodi x

Hi, Natalie! I think I’ll buy the book, now busy with clomid…just a little question: is the price in USD or AUD? Just to work out how much it’ll cost in EUR…thanks for your reply

The book is in AUD – hope that helps!

Hi Nat, I’ve been enjoying your book. Just a question about your recipes – how many servings does each recipe make?
