I have hashimoto&#039;s thyroiditis and have been aware for some time of the risk of consuming raw goitrin-full foods, but it had all been based on hearsay and ask.com health articles :/ While I dont love kale like some fantatics, it&#039;s good to know its safe to eat as part of a balanced diet .
On the myth busting train! Next stop - soy (please!)]]></description>
