I have been batteling food intolerances lactose, fructose and wheat intolerance and i find it hard to cater for my self running out of ideas and recipes. I have a supplement for diary but fructose is extremly difficult. I am over feeling sick all the time, and break out in rashs i cant pick what food is giving them to me . Ready to give up 🙁

This is definitely a sign for me, I’ve had psoriasis for many years and when I log on to Instagram all I see is Lee’s book Heal your gut, so I thought your 5 day cleanse would be great to do and then again I see Lee’s book. The universe really delivers!!!!

I would love to win this book Nat because I need to heal my gut. I am 36 and need to start trying for babies soon but I am currently fixing up my hormone situation as I have got fibroids and my periods are all over the place. I did your Debunking Ovulation course which was fantastic and has given me so much great information but I just need some help with the gut side of things now! Sorry, I think that was way more than 25 words! 🙂
