Thank you for sharing this. I am so sorry for the loss of your friend. One of my dearest friends is also called Jess and if I lost her I would feel very lost indeed!
From my experience grief often doesn&#039;t make sense. It creeps up on you. It comes in waves and it usually hangs around longer than you&#039;d like it to. But I do think there is a beauty in the process. Grief can expand and deepen a person, even somebody who is already pretty rad, such as yourself! Be kind to yourself in this time, and it&#039;s ok to ask people around you to be a little kinder than usual too. Gosh you&#039;re great, I am stoked to have discovered your blog and am excited to learn more about hormone health and the whole package. Your message was the push I needed to get off the pill for good. So thank you! And thanks for being brave enough to get vulnerable xo Henri]]></description>
