We are at it again! It’s cleanse time!

We kicked off our post winter cleanse with a rather large KAPOWI! To see some of the gorgeous pics from round 1 click here. Over 500 awesome cleansers jumped on board to give their body an overhaul (in just 5 days?  Who knew!?) and the weeks that have followed and your stories of your Gentle Body Cleanse love affair have had me thinking BIG about how we can allow this baby to grow.  Oh but you need not worry, we’ve got some exciting things for this Gentle Body Cleanse in the new year (I can hear you shimmy).  For now, I promise, I am listening and you are chomping at the bit to go again.  So round 2 – lets do this!  It’s time to get your Gentle Body Cleansing action on people!  If you’re new to the site or you’ve perhaps hibernated far longer than the winter months, my Gentle Body Cleanse is hands down the best way to get your body feeling fabulous.

What’s all the noise about?  Well here’s something I’ve come to notice.  Firstly, our bodies are so much happier when our livers are clean, our guts happy and in fine working order; it makes way for a clean system, it helps balance hormones and on the whole, we are nicer people for it.  But secondly, there are so very many illnesses running a rampage in this big wide world of ours.  We need to be reminded that our bodies aren’t punching bags and they are forever needing some loving!  I’ve seen people tipping buckets of ice over themselves and others cycle around Australia all to raise awareness for illness.  I don’t doubt for a second we need more awareness around disease and to tackle it head on – but the true cure lies in prevention and caring for our bodies wholeheartedly.  We can’t do this stuff half-hearted, we have to step up and take responsibility for our own health SO here’s my first point of call.  The Gentle Body Cleanse is set to sort your little self out good an proper.

Why cleanse?  You can read more about that and previous cleanses here.

My Gentle Body Cleanse (GBC) will put a rocket in your sails no doubt.  Here’s to welcoming a;

+ Clearer mind (goodbye mental fog)

+ Maximised digestion

+ Balanced Hormones

+ Feeling awesome

Think glowing skin, some possible weight loss, bright eyes and a happier YOU.  What’s not to want?

So how do we do it?

My GBC is 5 days of a complete gut cleanse, cleaning out your digestive system from tip to toe.

We start Monday the 10th of November and go through until Friday (end of day) 14th of November.
IT’S JUST 5 DAYS TO WELLNESS!

Join us here!

For $29 you receive the cleansing guidelines PLUS 2 x  5 day menus (not even kidding) our latest, with a featured shopping list as you’ve requested!

You’ll also receive daily emails as support to help answer any questions and to guide you through with ease plus a few cheeky extra recipes along the way.

Let it be known, this is not a fast!  There is plenty of ridiculously delicious food. You don’t go hungry – and by the end of it you feel absolutely amazing (so I’m told time and time and time again!)

To register, you’ll need to do so here. Then you will receive all the information within 48 hours of purchase.

A little more on the matter…

Pregnant women can join in the fun as can those breastfeeding – You will find modified information within the program – it’s extremely gentle, safe and effective.  The cleanse is set up to support you through 5 days of getting your digestive system squeaky clean.  You may not know that plaque and gunk build up, even in the healthiest of guts.  The gut goes into overdrive to trap toxic matter to make sure you don’t get sick.  These daily toxins we are exposed to, be it in the air we breathe or the water we wash in, even some of the foods we eat and simple daily happenings take their toll and will without doubt make us sluggish.  And because we don’t live our lives in bubble wrap, we have to find ways, like cleansing, to help our bodies ‘pop’ and have a good dredge every now and again.

Join me in 5 days toward a happier, hormonally balanced, thriving, non bloated, clear skinned YOU!

    Hi Nat,
I am really interested in doing this, however I was just reading your info about the previous cleanses and how we have to source our own cleanse shake and pro-biotic. Are these readily available? The reason I ask is that I am located in a rural town, and our health shop only stocks a few things, which means it would be a 6 hour round trip to a bigger health shop! Thanks 🙂

    Hi Nat,
I have just signed up to take part in this upcoming cleanse, however I have just thought of a vital question.
Is it safe for women who have very recently had a miscarriage to do the cleanse? I am guessing that as it is eating healthy meals etc. that this shouldn’t be a problem but I just want to be sure 🙂 TIA!

    Hi,
I’d like to purchase the cleanse program but just wanted to check how much eggs are used in the recipes? I can’t eat eggs at all, and I’m not sure if the egg alternatives that I mostly use would be suitable for a cleanse. So would be great if someone could let me know. Thank you!

    Hi Nat
I’m interested in the answer to Amy’s question.
I’m not sure what a cleanse shake is … I’m on a budget; just wondering what sort of price we are looking at for the cleanse shake and probiotic before I commit?
Do I need a food processor or blender?
Is it a suitable program for a 14 year old?
    Thanks

    Hi Nat,
I am really keen to do the cleanse however I am currently studying for my law exams so I’m not sure if I’ll have enough time to do it (I am assuming it will take some time preparing special shakes/meals etc). I was wondering, is it OK if I pay to participate and just do it at another time? Or is there a time limit on any resources that you send us via email?
    Many thanks,
    Phoebe

    Hi Nat
I’m interested in the answer to Amy’s question as I live rurally also.
Would you advise a 14 year old to do this cleanse?
Do you need a blender or food processor to do this cleanse. We only have a juicer?
What do you mean by a cleanse shake – when I think about a ‘shake’ it conjures up images of an expensive powdered, unnatural substance with lots of additives.
What sort of additional cost am I looking at for probiotics and shake?
Are menu ingredients easily obtainable or expensive ‘super foods’ I need to obtain from a health food shop.
Sorry, I need a bit more info, (which I can’t find anywhere on your site), before I can commit. Thanks.

    Hi there

Like Phoebe, I also cannot do the dates specified as I am away abroad on holiday. However, would love to do it when I return. Can I pay and carry out the cleanse a week later?

    Thanks
