The PERFECT time to detox with the Gentle Body Cleanse!

It’s almost time to get your cleanse on again!  There’s NO better time to cleanse than the New Year.  Christmas and the New Year season can be such a crazy time, filled with food you wouldn’t ordinarily look sideways at and drinks that seemed like a good idea at the time.  So with this in mind, I’m giving plenty of time to create some space to get your cleanse on!

This next Gentle Body Cleanse takes off Monday 3rd of February.

Many of you have done it here before (we had well over 1000 cleansers in 2013).  This is a new and updated version of last years cleanse.  There are some new recipes to enjoy too!  And the format worked so very well last year, you’ve loved the ease of it all so we’re keeping it real simple and going with that same process.

In the past we’ve used a different system – we’ve tested this new system and as we move toward bigger things, it seems pretty smooth (the last few cleanses were seamless!)  Once you have paid, you will receive an email with everything you need to do moving forward.  Emails will be sent out each Monday and Thursday up until the cleanse.  This is for ease at our end as we manage this whilst I’m on holidays.

The cleanse will commence Monday the 3rd of February through to the end of the day, Friday 7th of February.

The cost of the cleanse is $29 – this includes;

+ the cleanse ‘kit’ (it’s a PDF)

+ a meal plan for 5 days (this was a new edition last year, and for this current  February cleanse it will have some new recipes added and some will stay the same – this is also PDF format)

+ daily emails including new recipes/inspiration, what to expect and little tips and tricks for each

+ ongoing online support via email

Unlike previous cleanses, you will need to source your own cleanse shake and pro-biotic.  Once you register, we will explain how you do this very easily (hence why the cost of the cleanse is way less).

This cleanse is a gentle overall body cleanse, not a specifically tailored cleanse as we offer in the clinic – yet it is still super effective and designed to introduce you to the concept of cleansing – almost anybody can do it! (pregnant and breast feeding mothers included)

The recipes will mostly differ from the previous cleanses but the principles are still the same.

    How soon after registering will I receive the Cleanse Kit and details of the probiotics etc I need to acquire? I live remotely in the NT so things can be sometimes tricky to get and it would be great to have as much time as possible to organise!

    Hi there, looking at the food planner I would be passed out with starvation by 9am. I eat a lot of food. Is there options for more food? Have a super metabolism.

        There’s no limit to the amount of food you eat – the food planner is just provided as a guide. If you feel the need to eat a bigger portion, that’s totally fine! Having said that, the feedback we receive is that most people are finding they are full following the planner as outlined.

    I get extremely bad chronic headaches and they get much worse during pms just wondering the cleanse would help with that and bad acne? also do i still take my supplements during the cleanse?

      The cleanse is a very gentle and general all over body cleanse. It’s a great place to start to get your body on track to wellness. It’s difficult without knowing more information about your specific situation but it’s sure to say you’d definitely be on the right path in treating your ailments.

    hi! I have to agree with Margie, I would also be passed out with starvation. Are you saying we would need to double quantities? Are specific quantities specific however to the success of the cleanse.

    I have a super fast metabolism, exercise heavily and need a lot of food.

    Hi Nat.

    Can you please recommend a good brand of red curry paste? I have read so many labels and can’t find one that doesn’t contain sugar or weird stuff.

    Also, what type of yogurt do you recommend for Breastfeeding mothers during the cleanse?

      Danielle, most health food shops have a good quality, no sugar and no crappy ingredients in them. I’ve also found another at my supermarket like this (but I’ll have to find out the brand for you)

    Hey Nat! Love your work and blog, and thank you so much for all your guidance. I live in Los Angeles, I am 27 years old and I was diagnosed with PCOS two months ago. I eat paleo, and I am day 9 on my first whole 30. I am not the typical PCOS candidate. I am in excellent shape and am pretty thin. I don’t have diabetes or problems with my weight, but I do have elevated levels of Androgen and low levels of the lf. I am also having severe cystic acne and excess hair growth and I’ve lots of cysts on my ovaries. I kicked my doctors meds and I am going a more holistic, natural approach. I looked at the vegan cleanse diet and after reading that less sugar is better, yet there is a lot of natural sugar fueling this vegan cleanse, I’m confused. I understand giving a break to your organs by abstaining from meat for a short time, but to replace it with sugar first thing in the morning instead of lots of green veggies is where I’m confused. I try to moderate my sugar (fruit) consumption to 1-3 servings tops, especially in the absents of meat. That’s just me, I’m no expert, I’m just curious if you have a cleanse with less sugar, mostly all greens with some super foods perhaps? I’m new to all this, and I greatly respect and appreciate your opinion, so please help!

      Hi Ashleigh – I’m glad you asked, because I’m sure others have the same question. I do offer low fructose option of the cleanse – there are many ideas and we talk about this in the communications leading up to the cleanse. There are alternatives for breakfast like chia seed pudding and porridge. It’s really good to give the gut a rest with easily digested foods and for some, fruit is ok to do so with – short term. x
