The Morning Show – my segment and my top 10 foods that make you fertile.

Yes! I’ve been missing in action. But I haven’t been sleeping on the job, I’ve actually been having conversations with Larry Emdur about what his wife might say if he asked to ‘fertilise himself.’ True story. I also watched the lovely Kylie Gillies (oh em gee – what a stunning woman!) pull a funny face as I talked about fertile cervical mucus and ovulation on national TV. Seems that’s not the done thing. Who knew?

I shared about my top 5 fertility enhancers, the biggest inhibitors as well as talked through my top 10 fertile foods and why you need them.

In case you missed all that or I talked too fast (actually we ran out of time for me to talk about them all), here’s an exert from my book, ‘fertilise yourself‘ (click here to buy) that has the top 10 fertility foods I like my patients to include in their diet and why you need to get them in to your tummy. Do watch the segment though – many people have given me feedback that I snuck a few things in there they didn’t know about. Thanks for watching! I’d love to hear your thoughts.

Beautiful Lady I love your work….you give hope and inspiration that pregnancy can be within our own control (for majority of cases)…instead of over something outside of ourselves like age, infertility etc…

I have read your book twice and use your shopping list every week, I have implemented all your foods and feel fabulous…you have given me hope and inspiration, and helped me believe that 35 is not to old to have a baby…thank you…amen…
