I’m an advocate for fat. Full fat. On the flip side, I quit sugar. Seem odd to you? Perhaps that’s because we have had it drummed into us that sugar isn’t ‘fattening’ because technically it doesn’t contain fat. But guess what? It is converted to fat, which puts it on the bottom of the list of great foods. So I thought I’d share and explain why I encourage wholesome eating, less sugar and more fat. I want you to understand why some foods are better than others even though they might look fat loaded – good fats are absolutely essential.

I haven’t finished with this yet. More on wholesome food very soon – this is just the beginning. We need to talk about high fat and protein fads and why that is making us even fatter! I’ll be back…
