Post Easter Gentle Body Cleanse!

Fabulous timing I hear you say – that sense of relief that you know you need a cleanse and who not better to join than ME in doing so.

Overdone it this easter?  Need a little TLC?  Or perhaps you’ve been to my Debunking PCOS event and have heard how cleansing is the biz when it comes to treating PCOS?  Whatever your reason – it’s back!

This is THE last time we are cleansing for this half of the year.  It’s important to understand that from a Chinese Medicine viewpoint, it can be too harsh on the system to cleanse in Winter.  So with this in mind, this will be your last chance to jump on board before Spring. It’s a little too easy to find yourself a tad over excited during the Easter break and then find yourself in a post easter sugar crashing, easter egg overloaded, unhappy gut mess! (let’s not even mention the booze) And because I do love your guts THAT much – I’m giving you one last chance chance before we sink in to colder days to get your little body firing.

Done it before and don’t need to read the bits and bobs?  You can jump onboard here.

Throughout my Debunking PCOS events (we’re currently on tour and about to kick off our second leg) I also reiterate just how cleansing is a key part of healing PCOS and overcoming hormone imbalance.  If you suffer from hormone troubles, this is one sure way to really give the liver the so needed kicks start I can assure you it needs and charge up the system ready to rebalance hormones.  You can find out more about the live event here and even download the ecourse.  It’s a rocker!

Not familiar with my program?  Here’s the low down.  Pretty, pretty please read the following.  My inbox gets flooded with questions about the cleanses and most of the answers are on the site here – but the main stuff is right here.  My gentle cleanse really is an easy, basic cleanse that anybody can do at any stage of their life.  Pregnant women can join in as can those breastfeeding – I’ve got a modified program just for you.  If you have a specific ailment and you’re unsure, just email us to ask.  The cleanse is set up to support you through 5 days of getting your digestive system squeaky clean.  You may not know that plaque and gunk build up, even in the healthiest of guts.  The gut goes into overdrive to trap toxic matter to make sure you don’t get sick.  These daily toxins we are exposed to, be it in the air we breathe or the water we wash in, even some of the foods we eat and simple daily happenings take their toll and will without doubt make us sluggish.  And because we don’t live our lives in bubble wrap, we have to find ways, like cleansing, to help our bodies ‘pop’ and have a good dredge every now and again.

So how do we do this?  We use cleansing techniques to assist the body in getting clean.  It is NOT a fast or a bird seed regime – we eat foods that are detoxifying and very easy to digest so your system gets a little rest and we restore with nourishing, mostly vegan ingredients.  We give you tips and ideas on how you will feel and what to do if you’re struggling.  It’s all mapped out for you in a easy to understand program – and here’s the most important part; we start Monday 5th of May.

For $29 you receive the cleansing guide PLUS 2 x 5 day menu’s from the past 2 cleanses meaning you can pick and choose from the menu what you heart desires.  Jump on over here and you can register.

You’ll also receive daily emails also with recipes and support to help answer any questions and to guide you through with ease.  If you’ve recently done this cleanse you’ll know just how ace it is.  This cleanse is the same format and recipes as our March Gentle Body Cleanse.

This is not a fast. There is plenty of delicious food. You don’t go hungry – and by the end of it you feel absolutely amazing (so I’m told time and time and time again!)

To register, you’ll need to do so here. Then you will receive all the information within 48 hours of purchase.

I’m pretty pumped for this one – I hope you are too!

I’m in! Disappointed to have missed your tour the first time around.

I’m in massive meltdown mode – in limbo waiting to hear what is going on with me (doc examining bloods for hormone imbalance issues and naturopath assessing saliva to determine level of suspected adrenal fatigue). In the meantime, I’m putting on unexplained weight by the bucket load even whilst living a healthy, active and clean life, this amongst a slew of other symptoms is the most upsetting! Cleanse away.

Hi, just wondering do we need a juicer for the cleanse? Or is it just cooking recipes? Thank you!

    • April 23, 2014 By hayley 12:27 pm

I agree, I would like to know how complicated recipes / juices are before paying for it please.

Very simple and basic recipes – i’ve never ever in 3 years had anybody not love it!

    • April 23, 2014 By mnfadmin 1:20 pm

No – you can chose to include juices but you don’t need a juicer at all.

I’m all signed up and ready to cleanse.. But I have a couple of questions.

    1. What organic apple juice do you recommend? Is it ok to use organic orange juice?

    2. Can we repeat meals throughout the 5 days? Eg have the Bertie smoothie two mornings in a row.

    • May 5, 2014 By mnfadmin 11:58 am

Apple juice is best because it is alkaline. Your health food shop should have a good brand.

You can repeat as much as you like. The recipes are a guide.

All signed up and excited to go for it. Just a quick question…

Do the recipes mostly serve 1 or 2 people?

    Thanks.

    • May 5, 2014 By mnfadmin 11:57 am

There’s no limits of food, so I guess that depends on how much you eat. Typcially 1 – 2 people yes.

Fine way of explaining, and fastidious piece of writing to get information concerning my
presentation subject, which i am going to deliver in university.

You really make it seem so easy with your presentation but I find this matter to be really
something that I think I would never understand. It seems too
complicated and very broad for me. I am looking forward
for your next post, I’ll try to get the hang of it!
