Loved this! I practice my own form of the “clock stretch” exercise at 3, 6, 9 and 12 but never thought to incorporate stretching on the even-numbers. Even though it sounds like something really simple, I found that my range of motion in those areas is definitely limited — especially around the 10 and 8 clock positions (left side). Which makes total sense to me due to mild scoliosis and some misalignment in my hips and energetically a very “open” left ovary. Thanks for sharing this episode!
