I have loved this week. I have never done anything like this before. 5 days without alcohol, meat, dairy, or any gluten – my friends thought I was crazy!!! I have enjoyed trying new foods, making new recipes and feel GREAT. I never realised how much the foods I was eating were making me feel so sluggish! Thanks so much Nat. Peace.

I had a really tough time for the first few days, but it made me realise what all the crap I have been putting into my body was doing. It really helped when Nat advised us that this could happen and just to listen to my body and go gently. Now I am on the last day and it is great that I now know that I don’t need processed food and sugar. The best part of this cleanse is that I didn’t miss out on anything. I can have pancakes :-).
Thank you Nat for helping me on this journey and inspiring me to eat whole foods and be creative with my food again. I used to do this but lost my way.
One tip for next cleanse would be a closed facebook group. It would be really helpful to read how everyone else is going and feel that you are not alone and encourage people along the way. Some of these things you don’t wan’t to post on your open page for all your friends to see.

Hey Nat, I feel so great and all my sweet cavings have completely stopped. Love the simple and easy cooking and making things I’ve never made before like a savoury pancake which was so amazing! Who would have thought?! Its been way easier than I imagined to follow a vegan diet. It’s mainly vegan isn’t it? Hardest bit…just trying to fit all the fresh fruit and veges into my fridge! Seriously there were no challenging bits. Thanks for the support Nat. Another great cleanse done.

Loved all of the foods and will be recommending the cleanse to my friends! Loved that the dinner meals were quick and easy to prepare, yet still so delicious. I’ve missed my daily coffee but am proud and feel better knowing I’ve stuck to the cleanse for the full 5 days. I’ve also lost a few kg’s which is a bonus :-).
    Thanks Nat x

It has been fantastic Nat. As a busy mum I’ve found my biggest excuse for ‘eating clean’ lately has been the time factor. Your recipes were super easy & quick to make, and our whole family enjoyed them. I love the fact it is only 5 days which is so achievable. I found that I was really drained for the first 3 days and my body was telling me to rest, but now at the end I’ve had the most productive day & feeling super energised. I’m going to try to keep refined sugar & gluten out of my diet for good ! Thanks Nat. Loved it.

As a suffer of IBS I go on detoxes fairly often to give my gut a rest, and whilst I didn’t really ‘need’ to sign up for this as I know what I shouldn’t be eating when detoxing, I signed up for my partner who despite how much I try eats a lot of junk! He agreed to do this cleanse and has been so excited to see how much weight he has lost. He has copped flack at work for the food he has brought in and for not partaking in the 3 cakes that have been brought into work this week. I am hopeful that this week will inspire him to eat better from now on, now that he can feel and see the benefits. He has slept better, hasn’t snored as much (which I am grateful for) and has lost over 3 kgs. Thanks Nat!

I loved that I didn’t crave chocolate ONCE!! That is huge for me as I usually can’t live without it but I told myself I would do this and complete it without caving in…and I’m so proud that I didn’t even touch it once. I usually don’t feel full from fruit but the lemon drink, cleanse drink and recipes were great and I didn’t go hungry once. The only struggle I had was the headache and nausea up until day 5 but I’m so glad I did this cleanse and I feel amazing for the weekend. Will definitely continue to make some these recipes on a regular basis. 🙂 thank you Nat!

Hi Nat- I have been eating pretty healthy for awhile now, as I am gluten intolerant – which I found out the hard way by trial and error and lots of continuing issues – and have also cut out refined sugar where I can. But I have never gone 5 days without dairy or meat (since I am quite a carnivore!!). I was surprised at how easy it was, and besides the second day, how light and amazing I have felt with minimal cravings, except one for avocado! My digestive and bloating issues have really subsided, and I will certainly be continuing some elements of this cleanse further into my life. There are so many creative and fresh ways to eat real food, there is no excuse to fall straight back onto the wagon! Thank you so much for your guidance 🙂

I had a great week, although I usually eat similar to this except I would have eggs fish and chicken so I didn’t have too much withdrawals. I definitely had a lot more fruit and veggies than normal and I was a bit bloated to begin with. I had headaches and low on energy but that was because I was just getting over a cold! My partner did it with me and stayed away from beer and did really well 🙂 The meals were great and always very tasty! I’ll definitely be using them a lot more. Yay you used two of my instagram photos 🙂 It was also great to see everyone else’s photos of the same meal! Thanks for a great cleanse Nat xx

it has been an interesting week! thank you for the nice recipes although proportions were missing. I felt that the ratio were a little bit too much for one serving. I didn’t gain any weight, lost one kilo (51 kg) but definitely ate more than usual following your proportion. Can you include them for the next Cleanse? it was a really good opportunity for me to stop daily Coffee and meat. As I flew from Brisbane to Paris last sunday, the cleanse has been a little hard. I had nausea and was bloated but don’t know if it was due to jetlag, the lack of protein and the yoga, jogging, tennis sessions i kept doing during the week.

Finally, This Cleanse helped me to cut with coffee, makes me want to reduce my red meat intake.

What I really enjoyed is living in France (GMT +1) you are able to see all the recipes posted on instagram for breakfast and lunch when I woke up!

      claire
