Debunking YOUR hormones – the truth of the matter

Take a little look at the video below – this is an excerpt from the latest ecourse.   What I’ve come to realise is that my title is scaring the pants off many of those who really need to access this information.  Because when we peel back the layers of PCOS (Poly Cystic Ovarian Syndrome) we’re left with two simple words – hormone imbalance.

This clip will show you that the ecourse educates ALL women to better understand their hormones – no matter what; definitely not limited to PCOS.

I spend countless hours in my inbox answering womens concerns about their hormones and how collectively, they just aren’t playing the game.  Remember, your body is speaking to you everyday. And equally as a collective, you want answers – and I have many of them covered right here in Debunking PCOS.

Are you struggling with:

+ irregular period and menstrual issues
+ missing periods (amenorrhea)
+ super high or low hormones (aka being told you’re going through menopause at 28 IS VERY unlikely)
+ post pill amenorrhea
+ PCOS
+ ovarian cysts
+ acne, hair loss and digestive troubles

All hormone issues require a similar approach as outlined in this ecourse.  I’d love for you to perhaps share this with loved ones and people you care about who are at their wits end when it comes to their hormone health and wellness.

Because ultimately, we need solutions not band aids – and treating symptoms alone will never solve the bigger problem.

Hi, Nat. I agree with everything you say re pills and educating yourself. But when you mention Chinese medicine I get these horror pictures. I used to live at the border with China. And I used to see these images on TV of poor bears and their cubs with no paws left alive to die like this. Chinese use their paws for their medicine. It is cruel and completely nuts. And it is still happening now. Therefore if you gonna use the word “Chinese medicine”, please say “ethical” before it.
I am sure we have something to learn from different cultures but I cannot understand the latest obsession with Chinese medicine. Let’s be mindful and try to be kind to ourselves, the world around us and the environment. There is no pill for all of us and there can be no perfect medicine (especially Chinese). Their culture lacks the holistic approach and you can see this by acknowledging the environmental disasters which they cause. I lived near there. In 10 years the huge river which was perfect to swim became even dangerous to be around.
Wish luck to everybody in their joyney here but please let’s not get obsessed about any culture especially when we only read about it from books. It may be very cruel in practice.

      Hey Alina,
Thanks for your feedback. I think it’s important to recognise that Chinese Medicine and what I do as a practitioner of TCM is heavily regulated here in Australia and a wonderful modality and wellness philosophy. I’m sad to hear of the horrible things you’ve seen and experienced. It’s always important to come back to what feels right for each of us. Sadly these days, it’s near impossible to find a flawless modality – but my background and studies are in Bio-Sciences and TCM so that’s what you’ll always find me come back to. x
